چکیده

The iron bath gasifier studied in this paper is a new type of reactor for handling organic solid waste, which the complex transport phenomena comprising high temperature, multiphase flow, mixing, and chemical reaction takes place. It great significance to study melt’s flow mass transfer behavior reactor. influence different process parameters on mixing molten pool was by water modeling experiment numerical simulation method. experimental results show that height phase has highly significant effect time pool, followed horizontal angle side gun bottom blowing rate. As increases, decreases. When lances With increase rate lance, obtained were compared with determine reliability mathematical model future optimization simulation. These studies are helpful optimizing design improving parameters.
